Avocado Salad with Tomatoes & Red Onions

Ingredients
To make Avocado Salad with Tomatoes & Red Onions, you'll need:
- 200g mixed salad, finely chopped
- 2 medium avocados, in small chunks
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes on the vine,
- chopped
- 50g fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Place all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly without mashing the avocados.
- Quite delicious and very quick!
