Banana-Nut Bread

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl
  • Process the eggs, oil, sugar, and bananas in a blender or food processor until smooth
  • Pour the banana mixture into the flour and mix well
  • Add the pecans
  • Pour the batter into a nonstick 9- by 5-inch loaf pan
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
