Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray 8- or 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray
  • Combine beef, onion powder, garlic powder worchestershire sauce, oats, egg, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, and salt and pepper (if desired)
  • Mix well
  • Press mixture into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes
  • Mash potatoes with butter, milk, and cheese
  • When beef dish has baked 30 minutes, remove from oven and spread potato topping oer meat
  • return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
