Marinated Beef Kababs

Serves: 6

Method

  • Place cubed meat and prepared vegetables together in a shallow dish
  • In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing and the wine; blend well
  • Pour the marinade over the meat and vegetables
  • Cover, refrigerate, and let marinate for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally
  • Alternate the meat and vegetables on 6 skewers
  • Grill kababs over medium heat, turning often, for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired degree of doneness
  • Arrange on a platter and serve.
