Orange Marmalade Bread
Serves: 8
Method
- Preheat oven to 350~
- Use a 4 x 8" loaf pan and
either lightly oil or spray with a nonstick cooking
spray
- Combine both flours in a large bowl along with
baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well.
In another bowl - comgine remaining ingredients and
beat with a fork or wire whisk until blended
- Then
add to dry mixture
- Mix until all ingredients are
moist
- Place in prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean
- Cool for 5 minutes in pan and
then remove and finish cooling on a rack.
