Method

  • Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in small saucepan; stir over low heat until melted
  • Stir in salsa and milk; heat thoroughly stirring occasionally
  • Transfer dip to small serving bowl
  • Serve with tortilla chips
  • Garnish with hot peppers and cilantro, if desired.
