Ingredients
To make Antipasti Salad, you'll need:
  • 1/2 lb ziti pasta
  • 3 qt water
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 small red onion diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method

  • Bring the water to a boil in a large pot
  • Add the ziti pasta and stir to prevent the pasta from sticking
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the pasta is done
  • Drain the water then cover the pasta with cold water to cool.
