To make Anytime Fruit Salad, you'll need:
  • 1 cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
  • 1 can mandarin oranges in juice - (11 oz) drained
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits in juice - (8 oz) drained
  • 1 tbsp fat-free French dressing
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  • Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
