Ingredients
To make Arugula And Watercress Salad, you'll need:
  • DRESSING
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp grated orange peel Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste SALAD
  • 4 cups arugula washed torn
  • 2 cups watercress washed torn
  • 1 red onion sliced thin rings
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes GARNISH
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl
  • Whisk until blended.
