To make Avocados With Cilantro Lime Salsa, you'll need:
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 2/3 cup minced cilantro
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1
  • 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper minced
  • 1 large avocado cut
  • 18 thin slices
  • 1 medium orange sectioned
  • 1 small red onion sliced into rings

Method

  • Combine the onion cilantro parsley oil lime juice vinegar garlic and jalapeño pepper in a small bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
