To make Baked Caramel Custard, you'll need:

  • 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar plus
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp port wine
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Scald the milks together in a heavy saucepan
  • Remove from the heat.
