Ingredients
To make Baked Orange Slices, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Apple juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Nutmeg
  • 2 Or
  • 3 oranges

Method

  • Mix ingedients except oranges in a saucepan
  • Simmer over low heat until honey is melted about 3 minutes
  • Set aside
  • Peel oranges and slice them into quarters
  • Place oranges slices in a small baking dish and pour sauce over them
  • Broil for 6 to 8 minutes
  • Watch closely
  • You don't want slices to burn but the sauce should thicken slightly
  • Serve warm
  • I don't keep honey in the house .have no idea what this is like with honey in it
  • I made it anyhow and used a sugar substitute
  • My big kid really liked it with a little whipping cream
  • (light)
