Ingredients
To make Baked Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce, you'll need:
  • 2 lb lean pork spareribs Fresh ground pepper to taste Paprika to taste Dry mustard to taste
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Trim excess fat from ribs
  • Rub with a mixture of pepper paprika and dry mustard
  • Cut into 6 serving portions and place in a baking pan
  • Bake for 45 to 60 minutes
  • Remove pan from oven and pour off fat.
