To make Banana Brulee, you'll need:
  • 2 ripe medium sized bananas, peeled and sliced
  • ½ tbsp. lemon juice 
  • 200ml Greek yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp. Stevia

Method

  • Divide the banana slices amongst 2 small ramekin dishes, setting aside 4 slices.
  • Then, pour the lemon juice on top of the banana slices and pop in the fridge.
  • In the meantime, place the Stevia in a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water on medium heat.
  • Heat the mixture until the sweetener has totally dissolved. 
  • Next, boil the mixture for 4 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
  • To dish up, pour the Stevia mixture onto the yoghurt in the ramekin dishes. Top with the remaining slices of banana and tuck in.
