To make Banana Shake, you'll need:
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat frounceen yogurt
  • 1 small ripe banana peeled
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method

  • Blend the milk and frozen yogurt in a blender or food processor about 1 minute
  • Add the banana and vanilla; blend a few seconds longer.
