To make Barbecued Chicken, you'll need:
  • 100 sm Onion minced
  • 200 cn (8 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 200 c Water 025 c Vinegar 025 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 ts Salt (optional)
  • 200 ts Paprika
  • 200 ts Chili powder
  • 100 ts Pepper 050 ts Cinnamon 013 ts Ground cloves
  • 400 Chicken thighs skinned
  • 400 Chicken legs skinned

Method

  • Combine all ingrediencs EXCEPT the chicken in a saucepan
  • Bring to a full boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
