To make Basic Wild Rice, you'll need:
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 4 cups water Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Rinse the wild rice in several changes of water until the water runs clear
  • Wild rice is a grass so there is often a small amount of debris in the rice.
