Ingredients
To make Better Burgers, you'll need:
  • 1 lb ground lean turkey breast
  • 1/4 small onion minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-ground white pepper
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • In a medium bowl combine the turkey onion parsley basil oregano salt and pepper until well blended
  • With a fork blend in the egg and flour
  • Shape the mixture into 4 burgers about 1/2-inch thick.
