To make Blonde Brownies, you'll need:
  • 1/3 cup stick margarine
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray an 8- by 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
