To make Blueberry Smoothie, you'll need:
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk 
  • 100g blueberries 
  • 50ml low-fat plain yoghurt 
  • 2 tsp. sweetener 
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract 

Method

  • Whizz the milk, blueberries, yoghurt, sweetener, and vanilla essence in a blender.
  • The smoothie is now ready to serve and enjoy.
