To make Bolognese Sauce And Penne Pasta, you'll need:
  • 8 oz ground sirloin
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cups hot cooked penne pasta Chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Heat medium saucepan over medium heat until hot
  • Add beef onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes breaking up meat with spoon until beef is browned.
