To make Braised Celery, you'll need:
  • 6 cup Celery cut in
  • 2" pieces
  • 2 tbsp Butter Or
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1/3 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes just until crisp-tender.
