To make Bread Pudding, you'll need:
  • 6 slices day-old whole-wheat bread
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups low-fat milk

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
