To make Broccoli Pine Nuts, you'll need:
  • 2 lb Fresh broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Betty's Butter
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts(pignoli)

Method

  • Trim off fresh stems and cut broccoli into flowerets about 3" long.
  • Steam over boiling water until crisp-tender about 2 minutes.
  • Drain and let dry on paper towels.
  • In a non-stick skillet and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  • Just before serving toss pine nuts.
