To make Broiled Bay Scallops, you'll need:
  • 100 lb Bay scallops -or sea scallps halved
  • 100 ts Paprika Pepper to taste Juice of
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 tb Parsley; chopped fresh

Method

  • Preheat broiler
  • Rinse scallops and pat dry
  • Place in a baking dish
  • Season with paprika and pepper on al sides
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice
  • Broil scallops about 3" from heat 3 minutes until they turn opaque
  • Turn to make certain they are cooked through
  • Garnish with parsley
