To make Caramel Apples, you'll need:
  • 2
  • 1/2 caramel candies cut small pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp dark or light corn syrup
  • 1 large tart apple cored and cut into bite-sized pieces

Method

  • In a 1-cup measure or similar microwave-safe bowl combine the caramels and corn syrup
  • Microwave on high power for 30 seconds
  • Stir and microwave for 15 additional seconds or until the caramels are completely melted.
