To make Caribbean Sea Bass With Mango Salsa, you'll need:
  • 4 skinless sea bass fillets
  • 1" thick (4 oz ea)
  • 1 tsp Caribbean jerk seasoning Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 1 ripe mango peeled pitted and diced = (or
  • 1 cup diced drained bottled mango)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced fresh or bottled jalapeño pepper

Method

  • Prepare grill or preheat broiler
  • Sprinkle fish with seasoning; coat lightly with cooking spray.
