To make Carob-Dipped Dried Apricots, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup carob chips
  • 24 whole dried apricots

Method

  • In a double boiler over hot not boiling water melt the carob chips
  • Dip each apricot in the melted carob so that the carob covers half of the apricot
  • Work quickly
  • Chill the apricots in the refrigerator to harden the carob before serving.
