To make Carrot & Celeriac Mash , you'll need:
  • 300g celeriac diced 
  • 300g carrots, chopped 
  • 20g butter 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Sprig of parsley to garnish

Method

  • Boil the carrot and celeriac cubes in salted water for 25 minutes. 
  • Strain the vegetables and mash. Add the butter and season to taste. 
  • Garnish with a sprig of parsley and savour!
