To make Carrots With Cognac, you'll need:
  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1/4 cup cognac
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Tear a large sheet of aluminum foil
  • Place carrots on foil and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
