To make Cheddar Cheese Dip, you'll need:
  • 2 oz sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 8 oz plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  • Combine all ingredients; chill in a covered container at least 2 hours before serving.
