To make Cheese Grits Souffle, you'll need:

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup unprocessed uncooked wheat bran
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
