To make Chicken And Mushroom Soup, you'll need:
  • 1 qt low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 tbsp minced scallions
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 1/2" pieces

Method

  • Simmer all ingredients except the chicken in a saucepan over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
