  • 3 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese - (1 oz ea) cut into halves Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
