To make Chicken Divan, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-ground white pepper
  • 8 oz boneless skinless cooked chicken breast
  • 1 bunch broccoli cut
  • 1" pieces and steamed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash paprika

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
