Ingredients
To make Chicken Kebabs, you'll need:
  • 500g chicken breasts, skinned and diced 
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic, finely chopped 
  • 2 teaspoon of ginger, finely chopped 
  • 1 tsp. green chilli, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp. light soy sauce 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 

Method

  • Seal the chicken by frying in a tablespoon of oil; this will take 5 minutes.
  • Mix the garlic, ginger, chilli and soy sauce together for a marinade and add in the chicken, then set aside for half an hour.
  • Preheat the grill and line a baking tray with tin foil.
  • Thread the chicken on a skewer and grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes or so.
  • Enjoy!
