Ingredients
To make Chicken Kebabs, you'll need:
- 500g chicken breasts, skinned and diced
- 2 teaspoons of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. green chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- Seal the chicken by frying in a tablespoon of oil; this will take 5 minutes.
- Mix the garlic, ginger, chilli and soy sauce together for a marinade and add in the chicken, then set aside for half an hour.
- Preheat the grill and line a baking tray with tin foil.
- Thread the chicken on a skewer and grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes or so.
- Enjoy!
