To make Chicken Nuggets With Barbecue Dipping Sauce, you'll need:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional) Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups crushed reduced-fat baked cheese crackers
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp no-sugar-added peach or apricot jam

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Rinse chicken
  • Pat dry with paper towels
  • Cut into 1-inch chunks.
