To make Choc and Nut Granola, you'll need:
  • 50g pecan nuts
  • 50g blanched almonds
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 50g grated dark chocolate

Method

  • Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4 or 180 °C.
  • Mix all the nuts and seeds together in a big bowl and transfer the mixture on to the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, ensuring the nuts and seeds turn brown without burning.
  • Remove the baking tray from the oven.
  • Sprinkle immediately with the grated chocolate. 
  • Allow granola to cool before it’s eaten.
  • Serve granola with lashings of milk!
