To make Cool Pineapple Salsa, you'll need:
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 tbsp minced red bell pepper
  • 2 tsp minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1 tbsp tequila
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion

Method

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
