To make Creamy Apple-Cinnamon Sandwich Spread, you'll need:
  • 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • 3 packets NutraSweet artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped raisins
  • 1/2 cup finely-diced unpeeled red apple

Method

  • Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth
  • Pour into medium bowl and stir in sweetener and cinnamon.
