To make Dilled Meatballs Over Rice, you'll need:
  • 1 lb Lean ground meat Or
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Cold cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp Salt pepper
  • 10
  • 3/4 oz (1 cn) brown gravey Hot cooked rice for
  • 4

Method

  • In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except gravy and hot rice
  • Blend with hands and shape into 20 meatballs
  • Arrange meatballs in 10" glass pie plate
  • Cover loosely with wax paper
  • Microwave 4 to 5 minutes re-arranging meatballs and rotating plate halfway through
  • Drain off fat
  • Pour gravy over meatballs replace wax paper cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes longer until meatballs are done and gravy are heat through
  • Let stand covered 3 minutes before serving over hot cooked rice
