Ingredients
To make Fettucine Verde, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tsp minced garlic Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 cups cooked fettucine
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Wash the spinach leaves pat dry and tear into pieces
  • Place all ingredients except the pasta and cheese in a skillet.
