To make French Toast Bake, you'll need:
  • 200 Eggs beaten 033 c Nonfat milk
  • 100 ts Vanilla
  • 100 ts Sugar 013 ts Cinnamon
  • 1000 Slices French bread cut -into
  • 3/4-inch thick rounds

Method

  • In a shallow dish combine eggs milk vanilla sugar and cinnamon
  • Dip bread slices into milk mixture coating both sides
  • Allow excess to drain
  • Place slices on a nonstick baking sheet
  • Bake in a preheated 400 degree F
  • oven for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown
  • Makes 10 baguette slices 5 servings of 2 slices each
