Ingredients
To make Fruit Smoothies, you'll need:
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana see * Note
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • 6 packets Equal sweetener = (or
  • 1
  • 3/4 tspn Equal for Recipes or
  • 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful)

Method

  • * Note: Peel and cut banana into large chunks
  • Place in ziplock bag seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
