Ingredients
To make Fudgy Fructose Topping, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup Estee fructose
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1
  • 1/4 oz Estee Dark Chocolate Bar - (1/2 bar) = (or substitute
  • 1 square unsweetened chocolate broken into small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp unsalted margarine

Method

  • Mix fructose and cornstarch together then blend with skim milk in small saucepan
  • Add dark chocolate bar and cook over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture thickens and bubbles
  • Remove from heat.
