To make Garden Salad, you'll need:
  • 4 cup Cabbage (about
  • 1/2 med) finely shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Turnip chopped
  • 1/4 cup Radishes sliced
  • 1 tbsp Green onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Unflavored yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar (rice vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (please substitute sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Method

  • Measure vegetables into bowl cover and refrigerate
  • Mix yogurt vinegar sugar salt and pepper; cover and refriegerate
  • At serving time toss yogurt dressing with vegetables
