Ingredients
To make Ginger And Lime Salmon, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 6 salmon fillets - (4 oz ea)
  • 1 tbsp grated lime peel
  • 1 tbsp minced scallions
  • 12 lime wedges

Method

  • Mix together the sesame oil soy sauce ginger and sherry
  • Sprinkle over the salmon and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
