To make Ginger Soy Dressing, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar substitute

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a small jar cover tightly and shake vigorously until well blended
  • Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve
  • Shake again before serving.
