To make Goulash With Green Peppers, you'll need:
  • 1 lb Lean boneless chuck roast trimmed cut into
  • 1
  • 1/2" cubes Vegetables cooking spray
  • 2 medium Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Beef-flavored bouillion granules
  • 1 small Green pepper chopped

Method

  • Brown roast over medium heat in a small Dutch oven coated with cooking spray
  • Add onion and continue to cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender
  • Add water paprika bouillon granules and green pepper stirring well
  • Cover and cook over low heat 2 hours or until meat is very tender.
