To make Granola Bars, you'll need:
  • 110g butter
  • 50g Stevia
  • 1.5 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 120g rolled oats
  • 75g raisins
  • 100g flaked almonds

Method

  • Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3 or 160°C.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter on a low heat. Then, mix in the Stevia and the agave nectar.
  • Throw the rolled oats, raisins and flaked almonds into a large mixing bowl and combine.
  • Next, pop in the buttery syrup, ensuring that the oat mixture is evenly coated.
  • Pour the granola mixture onto a 8x8 inch baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  • These granola bars are full of energy and make a great snack.
