Ingredients
To make Granola Bars, you'll need:
- 110g butter
- 50g Stevia
- 1.5 tbsp. agave nectar
- 120g rolled oats
- 75g raisins
- 100g flaked almonds
Method
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3 or 160°C.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter on a low heat. Then, mix in the Stevia and the agave nectar.
- Throw the rolled oats, raisins and flaked almonds into a large mixing bowl and combine.
- Next, pop in the buttery syrup, ensuring that the oat mixture is evenly coated.
- Pour the granola mixture onto a 8x8 inch baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- These granola bars are full of energy and make a great snack.
